Q: Why did my order pickup time change upon checkout?
A: There could be a few factors! During busy times (especially weekends), we see an influx of orders coming in around the same time. While other customers are checking out, it may push your order to the next time slot, as we can only accommodate a certain amount each hour. In addition, some of our items (i.e. bento, small sides) require a longer prep time and/or aren't made on a daily basis. In order to accommodate fulfillment, we ask that you order these items 24 hours in advance of when you need them. Should you need your order sooner, we recommend calling the store to inquire about day of availability. Please always check the final confirmation for the most accurate pickup time!

Q: How do I add additional items to my order?
A: Please call the store to inquire if any additional items can be added to your order.

Q: How do I cancel my existing order?
A: To cancel an order, please contact us directly at the store at 650-347-5288.

Pickup

Q: Where do I pickup my order?
A: If you are only picking up your order, let any available cashier know about your online order. In addition, please be ready to show your order confirmation number. Otherwise, if you are planning to do some shopping, you can let your cashier know upon checkout that you are also picking up a pre-order.

Q: What if I can't make my scheduled pick up time?
A: With busy weekends and most major holidays, we are asking our guests to please pick up their pre-orders within 30 minutes of your scheduled pickup time. If you are unable to pickup during your designated time, please contact the store at 650-347-5288.

Please note, any custom orders (i.e. sashimi/bento) orders not picked up by the end of the day will NOT be refunded or re-cut.
