Q: Why did my order pickup time change upon checkout?
A: There could be a few factors! During busy times (especially weekends!), we see an influx of orders coming in around the same time. While other customers are checking out, it may push your order to the next time slot, as we can only accommodate a certain amount each hour. In addition, some of our items (i.e. bento, small sides) require a longer prep time and/or aren't made on a daily basis. In order to accommodate fulfillment, we ask that you order these items 24 hours in advance of when you need them. When adding these items to your cart, it will push your order pickup time to the next full business day. Should you need your order sooner, we recommend calling the store to inquire about day of availability. Please always check the final confirmation for the most accurate pickup time!

Q: How do I add additional items to my order?
A: As we can only accept a certain amount of online orders per day, in order to help us facilitate workflow, please call the store to add additional items to your order.

Q: How do I cancel my existing order?
A: To cancel an order, please contact us directly at the store at 650-347-5288.

Pickup

Q: Where do I pickup my order?
A: When you arrive at the store, please call the store or walk up to the door to let us know about your online order. Please be ready to show your order confirmation number. We will bring your items out to you, so that you don't have to wait in line!

Q: What if I can't make my scheduled pick up time?
A: Please contact the store and let us know what time you will be arriving for pickup.

Please note, any custom orders (i.e. sashimi/bento) orders not picked up by the end of the day will NOT be refunded or re-cut.
